PART # COMMON USAGE

52WF

Good economical wire for use on cast iron or steel shafts where no additional alloying is necessary.

53WF

Same uses as 52WF but in a smaller diameter for less heat build up and weld deposit.

59P

High alloy wire for use on heavy duty applications such as diesel engine crankshaft journal surfaces and industrial applications.

67L

A neutral non alloying flux generally used for mild steel applications.

58S

Specially manufactured flux for use with both cast iron and mild steel applications. Most commonly used with 52WF and 53WF wire but not restricted to them. It is our most popular flux because of its wide range of uses.

45L Hard surface flux for use on heavy duty applications. Commonly used on diesel crankshafts.
66S Used in heavy duty industrial applications or roller surfaces that require abrasion resistance and/or greater hardness than can be achieved with 45L flux.
